All assemblies are batch trackable and full component trackability can be maintained in addition to certificates of conformance (COC).

In addition HCAL manufacture Military Cable Assemblies, Ruggedised Military Assemblies and Military Wiring Harnesses in various configurations.

Our experienced Cable Personnel and Inspectors provide quality product with stage inspection and 100% inspection on final assemblies.

 

HCAL can also integrate Cable Assemblies into Enclosures and Boxes, and is experienced with Military Panel and Chassis Wiring.

Offering full batch component traceability, this is maintained throughout in addition to Certificates of Conformance (COC).

 

Our Over-moulding facility enables us to offer a custom made secure / tamperproof cable assemblies, with the added advantage of being weather sealed for demanding environments.
